Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
